2. Estimates & Pricing

All pricing listed on our website is starting at pricing and may vary based on the scope of work.

Final pricing will be provided after an assessment of the equipment and service requirements.

We strive to provide accurate and transparent estimates before beginning any work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo.

Failure to provide payment may result in refusal of future service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

5. Service Limitations

While we make every effort to repair and restore equipment, we cannot guarantee that all equipment can be repaired, especially in cases involving:

• Severe wear or damage

• Obsolete or discontinued parts

• Manufacturer defects

If a repair is not possible, we will provide recommendations where applicable.

6. Parts & Warranty

Any parts used during repair may be subject to manufacturer warranties.

We do not manufacture parts and are not responsible for defects related to third-party components.

Labor warranty (if offered — optional) can be added here if you decide later.

7. Liability

Fitness Machine Specialist is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to equipment

• Equipment misuse after service

• Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and proper use after service is completed.

8. Property Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible work environments.

9. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related communications via call or text message.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
