  • A diagnostic includes inspecting the machine, testing key functions, identifying the problem, and explaining the recommended next steps for repair.

  • Book diagnostics if you are not sure what is wrong, the machine has an error code, makes unusual noises, stops during use, or is not working correctly.

  • Yes. We diagnose common treadmill issues such as belt slipping, motor problems, incline issues, error codes, power problems, and unusual noises.

  • If parts are needed, we can help identify the correct replacement part based on your machine’s brand, model, and issue. We will quote you a price for part required, order it for you, and schedule a follow-up visit. A portion of initial diagnosis fee will go towards follow-up visit.
